Since it was launched nationally in 2001, the work of Number
Partners has featured on numerous occasions in both national and
local media. These days, employer engagement in schools and
education is high on the news agenda. In particular, numeracy
skills and financial literacy are hot topics.

Schools Minister Nick Gibb congratulates pupils on their work as results for provisional Key Stage 2 tests are published. The percentage of pupils achieving level 4 or above in both English and mathematics was 74 per cent.
