Games for students aged 5 to 11
Number Partners has developed a set of colourful and interactive
Number Challenge board games in partnership with BEAM Education for
young people aged 5 to 7, 7 to 9 and 7 to 11 years.
Primary Number Partners games are fully explained in this Games booklet.
For a taste of a couple of games, download a full size Hex board

Additional games, suitable for all ages, can be found in
Appendix 3 of the downloadable volunteer
handbook. You may choose to use these when you
need a change or if you have a little time to fill.
There are many other commercially produced games that you may
find fun, such as the '24 Game' available from Education
Interactive.
Suppliers
These games and other maths resources can be purchased by
schools, employers and employees via the websites below. For
example, you may wish to purchase a full set of 12 primary or
secondary challenge games. There is a choice of BEAM KS1 or
KS2 game boxes for lower and upper primary age groups
respectively.
