Games for students aged 5 to 11

Number Partners has developed a set of colourful and interactive Number Challenge board games in partnership with BEAM Education for young people aged 5 to 7, 7 to 9 and 7 to 11 years.

Primary Number Partners games are fully explained in this Games booklet.

For a taste of a couple of games, download a full size Hex board and a 3D Noughts and Crosses board in one document. (PDF 1.2 MB)

Additional games, suitable for all ages, can be found in Appendix 3 of the downloadable volunteer handbook.  You may choose to use these when you need a change or if you have a little time to fill.

There are many other commercially produced games that you may find fun, such as the '24 Game' available from Education Interactive.
